Under the background of social transformation and change, families in China are changing in terms of structure, concept, function and lifestyle of members etc, including changes in the concept of marriage. In modern society, divorce is increasingly common, and after the divorce, whether young, middle-aged or elderly, remarriage has become a trend, the number of remarriage is increasing, but the quality is not proportional to remarry, remarriage has become a social phenomenon worthy of attention(Jin Yihong 2002).As the saying goes, "Every family has its cupboard", the stepfamilies also is the case, parents and children are in a special environment and relationships among. And it is because of this special relationship between the environment and will lead to new problems, including the most difficult parent-child relationship to deal with between stepparents and stepchildren(Zhang Wenxia and Zhu Dongliang 2005). At present, inspite of more stepfamily, but the problem is also very worrying, How to ensure a happy remarriage for digamist and how to help the numbers of the stepfamilies get along well are very important.Social work is a carrer to help people and solve social ploblems, which is a kind of helpful service activities, duided by the altruism, based on the scientific knowledge, and using scientific methods(Wang Sibin 2006).Therefore, from the perspective of social work, in adhering to the "self-reliance and Strengths Perspective" philosophy, through literature analysis, field studies and interventional studies ways, based on the analysis of typical cases, the author carried out a study of the substantive intervention. In the case, the lack of communication between family members of the main case, and in the presence of state conflict with each other, family relations are estranging,if not support and guidance,it is likely to evolve into more serious family conflicit. Therefore, this study take family communication theory, family conflict theory and family systems theory as the theoretical basis, Through a series of workflow of casework, using cognitive therapy, play therapy and related methods of family therapy to intervene, designed to help stepfamily members resolve and learn to prevent family conflicits, improve family relationships, promote famliy.happy and harmonious. After case intervention, the author found:(1)The willingness of the recipients to change the situation is very importmant for treatment effect and self-resilience Enhancement.(2)Stepfamily, especially with children before marriage, although there is no inherent stability of the triangle composed of parents and children, but can also build a stable triangle by acquired efforts.(3)Current social awareness about social work remains low, therefore The most important is that we must establish a good professional relationship with the recipients before the formal involvement. At the same time we need to locate our role accurately and to provide the recipients support timely and effectively, to avoid falling into the passive situation.(4)In the course of treatment, social worker introduced elements of contract and games in team work, which is more acceptable, thus contributing to the treatment performed.(5)Finally,this article references "sociological imagination" to come out of the "social work oimagination" in the study, which requires social worker to ask for some information about the recipients` life experiences and stories, through dialogue and multilateral channels before not entirely knowing the recipients` situations and problems, which could explore the relevance between the historical context with the reality of the situation.
