The virtual human resource managements a modern management theory combined the virtuality and reality, was proposed at the end of the last century. It optimizes modern information technology, especially the network technique, to outsource or externalize part of even most of the human resource management activities, thus focuses are mainly put on the core human resource management.Virtual human resource management theory, mainly includes two aspects, one is the virtual management in an organization of all human resources, application of virtual technology and modern information technology in the field; two is for an organization to implement social virtual nature of human resource management, using the virtual resources.Based on the discussion of the research actuality, the theoretical framework, specific activities and the operation mode of the virtual human resource management, this paper uses YX Hospitality Management College as an example. With the application of virtual human resource management theory and methods, this paper analyses the practical condition of YX’s teaching staff and puts forward a new framework to implement the virtual human resource management in independent colleges.The main contributions of this new framework are:firstly, it put forward a series of new mechanism, such as the chain for core virtual teachers’selection, the method for training core virtual teachers, the incentive system for the management of core virtual teachers; secondly, it provides several new thoughts for the virtual management of virtual teachers, and for the formation of the qualified double capability trainers, and for a management system that the school use, manage, train, supplement virtual teachers mutually.The distinctive features of this paper are the introduction and development of virtual human resource management theory and the application of the theory in independent colleges in particular.
