Population characters of outdoor fitness equipment users: ● Unbalance of male and female, but more middle-aged and old users ● The proportion is higher in the morning and evening exercise, accounting for 71% ● The fitting rate is under 4 times per week, about one hour per timeⅡ. The situation of the fitting equipment: It happens in every district, and is short of maintenance. So it exists some safety riskⅢ. The satisfaction of the residents about outdoor fitness equipment is very low, major in the fields of quality, layout, configuration, management and its maintenance, which accounts for more than 50%.Ⅳ. The co-existence of safety risk and equipment consumption leads to the various possibility about security risk level, harmful types, and its occurrence.V. The management and maintenance about outdoor fitting equipment are hysteretic. Although the management system is sound relatively, its operation procedure is various, and its inspection and maintenance cycle is rather longer.
