Research On Educational Administration Management Information Project Of T School For Intelligent Mobile Device

Educational management as an important means of university management, the degree of information will directly impact on the overall management of colleges and universities. At present, the educational management system based on WEB has been widely used in many colleges and universities, but it has always been restricted by "cable access". With the arrival of the 4G era, the application of access to the Internet through smart mobile devices has gradually become the trend of the future.This paper takes the T school as the research case, for its educational administration management urgently needs to carry on the interactive needs through the mobile terminal equipment, around the construction goal of the digital campus, and points out the research purpose and significance of the educational administration management information system construction. On this basis, this paper expounds the overall business involved in educational administration management, and analyzes the current situation and demand of student status management, teaching management, teaching evaluation management. By means of the existing web based campus network resources, combined with the mobile communication technology and software development technology, is proposed for the smart mobile devices of the educational management information system in the overall solution, gives the corresponding mobile educational administration management methods. For the implementation of the security of educational administration informatization project, using CMMI3 based model to organize functional organization and project requirements management practices as a starting point, discusses the problems faced in the implementation process and basic activities involved and give concrete solutions. Quality Assurance for the project implementation process in the organization, respectively, from the process of supervision, risk management, measurement management, quality assurance and other point of view to explore the specific control strategies and measures. Finally, this paper discusses the plan, project and result evaluation of the project, and introduces the function of the educational administration system in the mobile device client.The paper tries to explore the construction of mobile digital campus based on the combination of educational management ideas of T school and advanced mobile Internet technology and information technology. Through based on web teaching management system by introducing the support function of smart mobile devices, breaking the traditional teaching management informatization service mode has certain theoretical reference value and practical significance.
