Professional education of law mainly includes the stage of undergraduate education and graduate education stage, after undergraduate course graduation stepped into the stage of graduate students in all the proportion of college graduates is not high, the undergraduate education is the training of specialists in the field of law in our country at present the main stage, the reform of the undergraduate education of law and perfect, is related to the construction and development of the society under the rule of law. At present, the law undergraduate education institutions and the number of students to the rapid growth of the teachers did not achieve the corresponding growth, add some unreasonable curriculum and training scheme, triggered a series of problems, such as method of division of professional teaching quality and teaching level is not high, batch to cultivate students’ professional quality is uneven, the lack of professional education of law in the learning and employment transition related content of the training, students are difficult to adapt to high levels of employment demand, is difficult to improve employment competitiveness by law student employment difficulty, and so on. The cause of these problems is to set up the cost of undergraduate education of law and the threshold is low, the professional education of law by the negative impact of social utility consciousness, blindly pursuing economic benefits, although a large number of colleges and universities don’t have enough educational condition, are still undergraduate major of law, make the education institutions and the speed with which the increase in student Numbers and overall growth of teachers between law undergraduates; Of law undergraduate curriculum is unreasonable, the old teaching way, professional knowledge of law into direct economic value, it is difficult to the undergraduate students’ employment difficulty, elite training goal difficult to achieve, graduate on the one hand, it is hard to meet the social demand for legal elite, hard to bear the responsibility of the legal system and social development, on the other hand is hard to realize self value, employment situation is not optimistic.Britain, the United States experience tells us that in professional education of law should weaken undergraduate professional education of law, strengthen the graduate level courses in major of law, to improve the student’s quality requirements. Germany’s experience tells us that in order to realize the smooth transition, learning and employment needs to attach importance to vocational education teaching. Japan’s experience tells us that the perfection of the judicial examination system can provide reasonable standard for the elite selection of the law. According to our country’s present problems existing in the professional education of law and its reasons, on the professional education of law in other country advanced countries, the basis of the experience of the author thinks, should improve the undergraduate education of law in our country the threshold of the institutions, enrich the high level of teaching staff, provide premise and guarantee for legal elite culture; Should be given priority by constructing postgraduate law student team, elite law undergraduate education institutions and the teachers troop, attaching great importance to vocational education and innovation practice law undergraduates form four sorts of measures, perfect the judicial examination system, optimize the undergraduate education of law of our country.
