Duty Student's Professional Profession Plan Education Research

The technical secondary school carry on professional career plan education is the need of secondary school education development, and also the need of polytechnic students'self-development.Because of many elements, many students study is so bad, they have low self-esteem heavely,at the same time, they are lacking in realization of vocational school, self-confidence and self-control ability. So it is formed the aim of development is not clear, and the positive psychology was insufficient. It is appeared the phenomenon of"graduation means lose job, take over a shift means come off sentry duty." Due to students are lacking in understanding of themselves and lacking in realization of external environment, at the same time, it is lacking in a systematic professional career plan. So we should carry on professional career plan education. It is helpful to develop students'self-ability.It is meaningful for realize human life's plan, self-target and the development of society.This thesis uses the investigation and study method, literature method and comparison method. It is based on predecessors' study and the concept of professional instruction, professional career, and professional career plan. Through to the investigation and analysis of Nanning Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering school. It is emphasized investigate and study in polytechnic students' sense of profession, choice of profession, sense of profess-ional value, self-realization and the cognition of society requirement. We must make clear the professional career plan education is the new ideas of moral training education in polytechnic school. We will explore the steps of how to carry on polytechnic school students' professional career plan education. We should use the efficient methods change the problems of polytechnic school students are facing. We should reinforce the professional direction deeply in school and develop the suitable moral training education for students. We must pay close attention to students' continuous development. We should help students make clear the target of professional career plan and we should excavate the development ability of students.There are four parts in this thesis. The first part, it is introduction. It is introduce the development situation of professional career plan education in our country. The second part, it is illustrate the professional career plan education is very important in moral training education .The third part, Career planning education in the schools is an effective way to moral education. The fourth part, it is solution of professional career plan education.This thesis is based on predecessors' study, it is combine professional career education with moral training education. We make the professional career education play an important role in polytechnic school. We should expand and enrich the intention of polytechnic school's moral training education. By means of professional career education, we should help students establish the right ideal of profession, they can make clear the aim of study, and they improve themselves continuously. So we carry on the professional career plan education, it is very useful.
