In recent years,the physical health of students has been declining,the school physical education has been difficult to achieve the goal of "young people master a sports skills" breakthrough,the school physical education reform has become an inevitable trend.In order to improve the students' physique and health,the state education department has repeatedly sent a message to promote the reform of physical education teaching in schools,encourage schools to integrate educational resources,and carry out physical education curriculum reform and innovation according to the characteristics of schools.In order to realize the teaching mode of one school,one product and one long life,the Beijing Education Commission promoted the pilot work of "one school,one product" physical education reform in 70 schools in 16 districts of the city in 2016.The physical education reform of "one school,one product" conforms to the development of the times and is a new starting point for the idea of running a school in contemporary schools.But compared with the previous teaching mode,its development is still in the immature stage.Therefore,in order to ensure that the reform of "one school,one product" physical education in beijing is carried out methodically,it is necessary to investigate and study the concrete implementation of the reform of "one school,one product" physical education in beijing.In this paper,the author chooses one of the excellent pilot schools of beijing's "one school,one product" physical education reform as the research object.I have made a thorough understanding of the background and significance of the "one school,one product" physical education reform in Beijing by means of literature,expert interview,field investigation,questionnaire,data statistics and logic analysis,and investigated the actual conditions and the results of the reform practice of the physical education teaching reform in the attached school of the Northern Polytechnic University.ring,and there are problems and shortcomings in the process of reform practice,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The findings are as follows:1.The affiliated schools of northern university of technology rely on beijing "one school,one product" physical education reform project,according to the characteristics of students' interest and the educationalresources of the school to create the sports characteristic project walking class system teaching,and the school also promotes the sports interest class practice,the whole staff sports meeting and the safety carnival,and promotes the sports and moral education to combine "the sports micro-film festival ".The physical education courses and activities carried out by the school are deeply loved by the students,which provide good conditions and strong guarantee for the students to establish a good sports concept,form the habit of lifelong exercise,and promote the development of physical and mental health.2.Through carrying out the reform of "one school,one product" physical education,the school sports work of the affiliated school of the North Polytechnic University has been paid attention to and strengthened,the campus sports atmosphere has been improved,and the formation of the campus sports culture has been promoted,and the regional development has been promoted.The reform has also achieved remarkable results in improving students' physical fitness,at the same time,it has promoted the growth of PE teachers,raised parents' awareness of sports,and helped home and school jointly promote the healthy growth of students.3.The lack of professional sports venues and teachers in the affiliated schools of the North Polytechnic University restrict the development of the school's physical education reform to a certain extent,and the goal of establishing the school's sports culture brand is not clearly reflected in the school development plan.
