Since the 90 s, computer and communication technology have brought the revolution of information dissemination technology, which then causes revolutionary change in education technology and even educational methods. Application of information highway, satellite communication technology in the world, integration of chart, text and sound in the multimedia technology realize the integration of communication, expand the people’s cognitive space, and develop the emerging way for people to learn and perceive the objective world.But we should clearly realize that at present there remain some gaps and weaknesses in the application of these technologies into dealing with campus emergencies. For instance, in the aspect of the demonstration for educating students and promoting campus safety, the priority is given to lecture and it is common that students accept it passively; the information is conveyed more by simple pictures and words and it is weak in students’ participation and experience; exiting research institutes focus on the more difficult research technologies, but these technologies are not very applicable to dealing with campus emergencies, which causes students not to have intuitive and vivid understandings on campus emergencies and responses.Therefore, this study, in a unique perspective, combines virtual technology and unexpected event, applies multimedia technology to emergency responses in colleges and public and takes interactive application of traditional two-dimensional animation and FLASH code, which makes it possible for people to interact with animation and enter into the animation scenes in the system.By integrated application of kinds of animation technologies like frame by frame animation, deformed animation, tween animation, masking animation and boot animation, such campus emergencies as earthquake, fire, swimming are designed into simulation demonstration system and the treatments are displayed in the form of animation. The human-centered interactive mode allow students to participate in the dealings of emergencies in the virtual simulation and see different treatments and predictable results, which increases fun and vividness of visual simulation, extensively advocates treatments to emergencies, improve the ability of scientifically dealing with emergencies, perfects the development of responding ability to emergencies in colleges and public and reduces the loss of life and property.
