The 21 st century is the era of emphasis on cultivating students’ awareness of innovatio, and implementation of quality education is to cultivate creative talents. Teaching with problems can lay the foudation for cultivating creative talent, with the advancement of education reform, voices of implementing issues in teaching become more and more high to achieve the task of teaching in the high school biology teaching. Traditional education is attached more attention to teach but despise learning, students’ creativity are not developed, however, teaching should give full play to the dominant position of students for students to have fun in the learning process. Cultivating the students’ problem awareness and innovative thinking so that students can learn active.In high school biology teaching, implementation issues of teaching is to teach biological knowledge better, develop creative thinking and problem awareness.In other words, any teaching method is for students. This paper studies the relevant literature, and through research analysising the theoretical basis and status quo of the problem of teaching, structures of problem of teaching and influcence factors and implementation of strategies in the high school biology classroom teaching were discussed. Problem teaching as a new teaching method has been widely accepted by everyone, but some teachers are not enough clear for factors and implementing policy, so this is the focus of this paper. On the basis of analysising problem of teaching factors, seeking strategies for using problem teaching in high school biology classroom. Educational theory should be combined with educational practice, how appropriate and effective use in the sixth chapter will be presented in the form of case in the high school biology classroom teaching. Finally reflection and summary about the implementation of problem of teaching will be showed in paper.Problem teaching can stimulate students’ awareness of the problem to improve students’ interest, and students’ questions will be feedback in a timely. A good teaching model should be used reasonable so the significance of this study is to adapt to the needs of the education reform. Research the problem of teaching mode in line with the teaching of biological sciences, analysis implementation of problem teaching from multiple perspectives and strive to provide some theoretical reference smooth and extensive in high school biology class implementation.
