Einstein once said,"It is more important to ask a problem than to solve one, because solving a problem may be a mathematical or experimental skill, and asking new questions, new possibilities, looking at old problems from a new perspective requires creative imagination and marks a real advance in science.” Looking back at the characteristics of Chinese education:teachers in the classroom constantly ask questions, students only need to answer teachers' questions, the process of education is actually the process of solving problems. In fact,no problem teaching is the most incomplete education,no problem, students are not good at thinking,it is impossible to use a critical view of the world, not to mention creativity and innovation. In order to improve the ability of primary school students to raise math problems, the author refers to a large number of literatures,on the basis of existing research, combined with the characteristics of primary school mathematics subjects and students' cognitive level, according to the constructionist learning theory, cognitive theory and the recent development area theory, the initial construction of "problem guidance" teaching model. As a relatively independent mathematical activity ability, the ability to ask questions runs through the classroom teaching process, cultivates students to learn knowledge and solve problems to raise new problems for the situation, explores strategies and ways to cultivate students' ability to ask questions,so as to cultivate students' problem consciousness and problem-making ability more effectively and systematically. In order to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the experiment, the author selected 108 students from the two classes he taught as the research object, because there was no significant difference in the math scores of the two classes for several years, and 30 students with similar math scores and problem-raising abilities were selected in the two classes, which made it easier to test more accurately the effect of the "problem guide" teaching model on the ability of students at different levels.Among them, the control class in accordance with the author's previous teaching methods to carry out teaching, experimental class implementation of "problem guidance" teaching model, for up to four months,"problem guidance" teaching model can improve students' ability to raise mathematical problems to carry out experimental research. The study found that:(1)The teaching mode of "problem guidance" has obvious effect on improving the math scores of primary school students.(2)The teaching mode of "problem guidance" can improve the overall level of the ability of primary school students to raise problems.Among them, the ability to raise the problem of eugenics is not obvious, and the effect of the ability to raise the question of secondary and post-student is more obvious;(3)The teaching mode of "problem guidance" has improved the interest of primary school students in mathematics learning, improved their learning habits obviously, and improved their thinking quality, while the concept, attitude and teaching methods of experimental teachers towards students' mathematics learning have also been positively affected.
