Research On The Ruling Level Of Beijing Division’s Referees Of The 2014-2015 Season CBA

But the question about the referees has been one of the factors restricting the further development of the league.This research uses the documentation, expert interview and logical analysis, mathematical statistics methods, through participation in the 2014-2015 season CBA office the referees training classes, and during the season of game. This paper study on the basis of the Beijing division’s referees ruling data, study of Beijing division judges of board cut level analysis, in order to promote the CBA referees ruling level on theoretical basis.Conclusion:1. The CBA referees of Beijing division is mainly of ruling experienced international referees, referees mainly come from school teachers, higher overall level of education, but the age span is larger.2. Ruling accuracy: the Beijing division ruling accuracy of playoff is 98.07%, higher than 95.72% of the regular season, were both higher than CBA ruling accuracy of the regular season 95.29% and playoffs 95.72%. Compared with the all CBA ruling accuracy, Beijing division ruling level is higher relatively.3. By research the regular season ruling data of Beijing division :International and national referees of the ruling accuracy does not exist significant difference; Half management occupation referees and the other referees of ruling accuracy exist significant difference; The ruling accuracy between the referee and the umpire 2 exists significant difference; The ruling accuracy, of playoffs between referees, umpire 1 and umpire 2, The ruling accuracy of regular season between referee and umpire 1, umpire 1 and umpire 2, does not exist significant differences.4. Based on the research of the Beijing division misjudgment, concluded: The first quarter and fourth misjudgment rate is low, second, third quarters of high rate of misjudgment phenomenon; Beijing division averaging five times misjudgment of 26 games totally, the number of false negatives than mistake number, wrong foul misjudgment than violation; Block, the ball hit the body against misjudgment, shooting fouls more miscalculation and walking on the ball violation misjudgment.5. Referees’ ruling level affected by various factors, through the investigation and study, it is concluded that the main factors that affect the ruling level of referees is the referees system, professional spirit, The knowledge reservation level and psychological quality.
