For long time, high school physics teaching has become a recognized the fact that it is difficult to learn.According to the survey found,the problem of physics’ engagement between middle school and high school has the trend of escalation Since the implemented of new CEE modle in zhejiang province in September 2014.For enample,the third year students know nothing about the upcoming high school study,high students need to learn more contents but the class is decreasing,teachers facing the dilemma of "catching up with no effect, not driving too late",class elective mode is very difficult to manage and other issues.The exposure of these problems has seriously affected the teaching of high initial stage.coupled with the original existence of the beginning of the high school physics teaching materials prepared by the differences.the difference of high school students’ training objectives and the differences of students’ cognitive level.These problems directly lead to the "step phenomenon" between the physics of junior high school.Most of the students have great difficulty in crossing the "step phenomenon".In this paper, we first analyze the background of the project and put forward the problem,then carry out a detailed interpretation for the new CEE modle in zhejiang province,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the new CEE modle.Secondly, the current situation of physics learning of junior high school students and high school students is investigated, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.The third part is on the basis of the questionnaire, analyzes the problems.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the personal experience and teacher interview.The fifth part explains through teaching examples proved that new CEE modle between junior high school and senior high school should pay attention to the problem.The sixth part is the conclusion and deficiency of the research.According to the relevant investigation and experience cohesion three under new CEE modle of junior high school physics on the seven puts forward some suggestions,like Optimizing senior high school physics class hour arrangement,infiltration mathematical thought to Improve students’ mathematics application ability,exercise teaching ability, strengthen the application of teaching methods and strategies, etc.So as to solve the problem of the new college entrance examination under the new high school physics to provide help.
