Through natural observation of 20 new lessons from 6 upper grades teachers, who are from 3 different schools in HangZhou. By using classroom observation, it was found that teachers can arrange orderly instructional design for teaching important and difficult, teaching process is natural and logical; the observed classes exist some problems in the new knowledge learning periods:the quality of classroom questioning need to promote; the phenomenon between teachers and students to discuss a mere formality is more; evaluation of students too general, lack specific and targeted; students’problem behavior is more in grant new teaching. Recommends that elementary school mathematics teachers should from the questions’clarity, simplicity of the expression, the connotation question richness, the question of students’development of value to consider. In classroom discussions concern the discussion of the options, discuss requirements clear, guidance the discussion process; Classroom assessment seeks specific content、rich and vivid language、diverse of style; Meanwhile optimizing classroom management problems from the prevention and control of two dimensions.Thesis consists of four parts:The first part describes the reason of the topic、concept definition、research review、research methods and thesis frame; the second part describe the observed table design, and classroom observation study; the third part describe from the teacher behavior, student behavior, classroom management behavior in three dimensions to sum up the observed results are analyzed discussed; the fourth part of a new elementary school mathematics teaching high stage grant new aspects of classroom teaching problems to put forward recommendations for improvement.
