With the issuing and implementation of The Outline and The Guide, the importance of Early Reading is better aware of and children’s language developing ability is thus put in a deeper concern. However, in an information age, there is a tendency of fragmentation with the parents’ reading which makes parent-child reading to seldom-happening, dull and inefficient. This paper focuses on the "home-kindergarten reading" practice in the disguise of "1+N learning and growing community", which is based on a core public kindergarten and extends to its members with reading theories and management ideas, for the purpose of constructing a parent-school communicating platform and initiate interactions among kids, parents and teachers. To form new concepts, new strategies, new methods and new models of the learning community, We put forward a "six mutual" model, i. e. mutual interpretation of concepts, mutual application of systems, mutual building of bases, mutual engagement of activities, mutual engagement of evaluation, and mutual profiting of results. By experiencing this model, urban public and private preschools not only establish a "consensual" home-school education community, but facilitate the growth of the "Trinity" with kinds, teachers and parents.This article is divided into five parts.The first part including the first chapter and the second chapter.
