More and more migrant workers with the speeding up of the city, his family came to the city to work, with it comes, the education of these children or wife also It caused widespread concern in today’s society. The study was conducted through a questionnaire survey of migrant workers’ children in Hangzhou Funing Lane Primary School, Primary School in Hangzhou knowledge (truth-seeking campus) and Hangzhou Hui Mu Xing Elementary School Children in these three more primary schools has a representative, the individual interviews, participant observation, found that they were lagging behind in language learning the same year the city local students. They do not develop good language learning habits, often less work to do or not to do, read the surface is relatively narrow, lack of oral expression, writing ability, not suited to the existence of the problem difficult to integrate in language learning. The study also found that the main reason for migrant workers’ children are not suited to language learning:Children in the family environment, education and working parents and their families, the impact of education and excellence; Children in difficult to integrate into their own culture and psychology, learning suited, interest in learning is not high; school teachers expect children or wife is not high, poor evaluation, urban students and parents, "exclusion" and so on. n this study, combined with action research, initially explored migrant workers’ children of primary school language learning adaptive adjustment strategy:optimization Children in the home environment, parental literacy to improve migrant workers, migrant workers to improve family education; change teaching strategies, create equality, campus teaching environment harmonious, democratic; teach him to fish, to stimulate interest in learning the language, learning to cooperate to help gifted poor, promoting active integration. Hope that through these effective methods of guidance, so that these children can adapt to the city school as soon as possible to the Chinese language learning.
