How to fair and effectively protect the rights of migrant workers children’ education, realize effective integration of migrant workers children with local students has already become the urgent problem. As to the improvement of local students and peasant workers’ children in the classroom of microscopic research, the author finds the group cooperative learning is an effective path.On the basis of reference to previous research and the internship, this study chooses the representative of Shanghai X primary school which lies in the special geographical location of Zhabei distric. In addition, students are mainly the migrant workers’ children and local students. This research pays attention to the subject of the group cooperative learning and the migrant workers’ children with the literature analysis method and the related research results in the literature review. Then, this paper makes a carding of the group cooperative learning according to related literature. Also, this article puts forward theory foundations mainly from the constructivist theory, educational theory and other four related theories. In addition, there are some concrete operation results and confusions in the process of the group cooperative learning among the migrant workers’children and local students. Therefore, the author carries out research on administrators, teachers through the questionnaire investigation, interview investigation and practice research methods. And the author makes experience exchanges and interactions with school managers and teachers as to how to use the group cooperative learning. Finally, the author makes a full analysis and conclusion through questionnaire, interview investigation and other methods as to the problems in X primary school. This study hopes through this kind of learning model to find and attempt to put forward systematic countermeasures combined with the analysis of the survey data from the perspective of school administrators, teachers and parents.
