The Study About Evaluation Index System Of Golf Coaches Quality

The first golf club- Zhong shan wen quan golf is established in China,1984.So far, golf courses in China has reached 500,and the population of participate in the golf has also reached more than 20’000’000.Facing the huge market, the demand of golf coaches is also growing. Therefore, we need high quality golf coaches to match this demand, but the golf coaches evaluation is mainly based on a simple assessment of performance indicators. This kind of evaluationjust pay attention to the result,that can result in coaches will not be able to truly understand their own strengths and weaknesses in their job.At the same time,that can also make their hard to find the improvement direction for themselves in the future. Therefore, we need to establish an objective and quantitative evaluation index system for golf coaches to evaluate their quality. I have used the method of literature material,expert interview,analytic hierarchy process to determine the golf coaches quality evaluation index system and calculate each index weight. The conclusion as follows:1、Establishing the golf coaches quality evaluation index system to provide the basis for golf coaches quality evaluation. I built three level,the first level has 5 indicators, including knowledge, ability, professional spirit, professional image, the working conditions of quality.Secondary index has 16, including golf professional knowledge, knowledge of human movement science, instrumental knowledge, golf teaching ability training, and golf teaching management, golf game command ability, marketing ability, innovation ability and self management ability, communication ability to communicate,moral quality, psychological quality, physical quality, image quality, practice qualification, education background.Three-level index has 54, including golf history and culture, sports training, education, teaching demonstration ability, stimulating learning motivation, etc2、Confirming the Golf quality evaluation of each index weight, the highest level index in the first weight coefficient is the ability,moral quality is the highest in the second-level and dedication is the highest in the three-level index weight coefficient.
