| From the perspective of the ability and quality of handball coaches,this study uses the methods of literature,expert,AHP,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods to combine qualitative and quantitative methods to study the ability and quality of Chinese elite handball coaches.First of all,the evaluation index system of excellent handball coaches’ competency in China is constructed.Firstly,consulting on the quality and quality literature of coaches at home and abroad and interviews with relevant experts,the index of the ability and quality of the excellent handball coaches in China is preliminarily selected.Scendly,through the issuance of two rounds of expert questionnaires,the improper indexes are analyzed,and the questionnaire survey of the third round of the experts is combined and supplemented.The main purpose is to empower each index.After weighting,the abstract index is quantified and the weight of each index is calculated by AHP method.Thirdly,get the index system of the quality and quality of our excellent handball coaches and the weight of each index.Then,the basic characteristics of the ability and quality of the excellent handball coaches in China are analyzed in terms of the demography characteristics of the coaches’ gender,age,teaching years,final education,and the level of coaches,combining the quality index system of the excellent handball coaches of our country.We can come to the conclusion:The evaluation index system of the ability and quality of Chinese excellent handball coaches includes three levels,3 are basic ability,important ability and core ability,and 8 of the two level indexes include professional technical knowledge,field command ability,information collection ability,teaching ability,professional training ability,discovery and solving problems.Ability,ability to cooperate with others,logical thinking ability,and three level indicators in 18.The coach’s ability and quality self evaluation is consistent with his evaluation of coaches’ ability and quality.The ability and quality score of all the coaches in thesubjects accounted for 4.2%,the number of standards accounted for 22.9%,most of the coaches in the 4-4.5 score in the excellent level,the top eight handball coaches in the overall quality of the quality of the overall characteristics.The average score of the ability and quality of the excellent handball coaches of our country is slightly higher than that of the female,the average score of the female coach with basic ability is higher than that of the male;the average score of the male coach with important ability is higher than that of the female;the average score of the core competence is higher than that of the female,but all the ability quality of the male is not present at the gender level.Significant differences.The ability and quality of the excellent handball coaches of our country are different in the age level,and there are differences.The statistical results do not show the difference between the age and the size,and there is no significant difference in statistics.There is no significant difference between the two periods of 1-5 years and 6-10 years,while the core competence increases with the increase of age and the average score of core competence is significantly different in different years of teaching.There are significant differences between the coaches of different levels on the level of ability and quality,but there are no significant differences between the three levels of the coaches at the basic competence level,and there are significant differences in the three levels of the coaches in the important and core competence levels. |
