Menstrual physical exercise is a school every female students can not avoid the problem, different students to treat menstrual physical exercise attitude will have a great difference. At present, due to the menstrual physical exercise theory and teaching menstrual physical exercise is a school every female students can not avoid the problem, different students to treat menstrual physical exercise attitude will have a great difference. At present, due to the lack of theoretical and practical experience of menstrual physical exercise, teachers in the classroom for girls menstrual exercise is difficult. Secondary vocational education has certain particularity, students after graduation directly faces the society, their age is generally small to think as soon as possible to adapt to the rhythm of the work of the society, not only to master professional skills, but also to improve the physical quality of the students, promote students’ all-round development, cultivating students’ professional quality, competent professional provide a guarantee.As a physical education teacher in secondary vocational school, it is urgent to understand the basic situation of physical education in girls during menstruation, to explore the influence factors, and to develop the corresponding teaching content and teaching methods. Using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, to Beijing 28 secondary vocational school during the menstrual period PE exercise status were investigated and analyzed. The results show that: Beijing City secondary vocational school students lack awareness of menstrual exercise, menstrual physical exercise awareness is poor, the poor quality of students will, part of the school physical education class teaching organization form and the teacher management problems, the impact of the order in the classroom and the teaching effect. The in view of the existing problems, formulated the corresponding improvement program, through the comparison of before and after the implementation of the survey and found that students in PE menstrual leave or trainee to significantly reduce the number of, for menstrual exercise cognition and menstrual exercise understanding significantly improve that reasonable organization of the classroom, the teacher strict management and theoretical guidance to improve the situation in during the menstrual period PE exercise has a positive effect.
