At present, in order to prevent teachers’ moral anomie in university academic, making teachers consciously abide by the requirements of academic ethics, improve the level of teachers’ academic ethics from the overall, and strengthen the construction of university teachers’ academic ethics have become the most important problem which have to be solved in colleges and universities. Under this background, this article makes university teachers’ academic moral construction the research object, discussing academic moral construction present situations and analyzing the current academic problems which exist in the moral construction of college teachers, as well as the reasons and strategies.This paper mainly includes four parts. The introduction part introduces the selected topic background and research significance, research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, and the difficult points and the innovation points. In the second part, the author has carried on the definition of related concepts, analyzes the theoretical basis, puts forward to the construction principles and contents. In the third part, according to the questionnaire survey, the article analyzes the current status of university teachers’ academic moral construction and the existing problems, and discusses the corresponding reasons. The fourth part sums up the problems and causes of the proposed before, and makes the strategy analysis.Based on the study, our country pays attention on the teachers’ academic moral construction, such as formulation system of academic ethics, setting up specialized academic moral management measures, like the teachers’ academic moral construction in colleges and universities. Most of the teachers can carry on the academic activities in line with the requirements of academic ethics, and achieved a high level of academic innovation, promoted the high and new science and technology in China, as well as the nature and humanities academic development of civilization.However there also exists some shortcomings in teachers’ academic morality construction of colleges and universities, such as poor academic ethics scientific and academic moral management organization, academic ethics education and training, poor supervision, teachers’ academic moral cognition and behavioral deviation and anomie problems. Dating from its reasons, mainly from the academic moral construction of teachers in colleges and universities which exist deviations in ways of working, insufficient academic moral cultivation of college teachers self consciousness, as well as the internal and external adverse environmental impact by colleges and universities.Therefore, this paper argues that from the following three aspects. Firstly, to strengthen the construction of university teachers’ academic morality: one is to strengthen the management of university teachers’ academic morality, enhance the effectiveness of academic ethics, improve teachers’ academic moral agency settings, strengthen teachers’ moral education and training, improve the teachers’ academic moral supervision mechanism. Secondly, to promote the university teachers’ academic moral self cultivation ability, including good academic work motivation, strict academic research and temper academic pursuing quality. Thirdly, to optimize the environment of university academic face-to-face. Not only to build positive campus academic atmosphere, but also to form a healthy external social environment. Only then can improve a more comprehensive level of academic moral construction of college teachers in China and build benign academic and cultural environment.
