National physique monitoring is one of the basic system of sports work, it can effectively monitor the status of the national constitution and the effect of physical exercise, and can carry out a scientific evaluation, the national physique monitoring can fully understand the situation of the national constitution, the National Physique variation found It will help guide the national scientific exercise. This study was based on the 2014 constitution monitoring data standards, using literature data, physical measurements, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods, 2005--2014 Adult Physical Fitness Yantai Dynamic Change and regularity research aimed at through the Constitutional Condition of adults in Yantai City study found that physical changes of the city’s adults, summarize the characteristics of the city’s adult physical changes, and we understand the physical changes of people in different job categories, the city’s efforts to fitness effective implementation of the program provide a theoretical basis. The study found that in Yantai adults Physique dynamic changes within a decade following conclusion:1. Physical Shape: adult male in height, weight showed a regular increase, waist-hip ratio increased slightly, the percentage of body fat decreased regularity; adult female height growing trend, weight, BMI index, waist-hip ratio and body fat percentage decreased, and body fat percentage has dropped significantly different. Body shape indices of urban residents than farmers.2. Physical Function: Yantai adults with age, physical function decline, research shows that this kind of situation in the 40 to 44 age group decreased more obvious. Over the past decade, Yantai adult respiratory function and cardiovascular function was increased, but higher systolic blood pressure of adult men, especially after age 50, the chance of suffering from high blood pressure and other diseases significantly increased. In addition, urban non-manual workers the highest level of cardiovascular function, cardiovascular farmers lowest level of functioning.3. Physical Fitness: In recent years, Yantai adult lower limb explosive power was dropped regularity; balance was increased; decreased flexibility quality; sensitive quality substantially unchanged. According to the analysis, the following recommendations:1. For Yantai adults are overweight and obesity remains a serious problem, WHR bigger issue, corresponding to the masses to carry out activities relating to health, improve eating habits, increase in outdoor aerobic endurance events.2. Physical farmers in poor urban residents, the number of farmers to participate in sports fitness is lower than the percentage of urban residents. Physical fitness should be enhanced to promote its importance to cultivate awareness of farmers ’participation in physical fitness to carry out for farmers’ participation in fitness programs with local characteristics.3. adult males after 50 years, systolic blood pressure close to the critical value. Adult males after the age of 50 should strengthen the control diet, reducing salt intake; more leisure time to participate in physical fitness programs for their own situation, reasonable arrangements for exercise intensity; promote good lifestyle, not smoking, moderate alcohol consumption.4. The lack of Yantai adults absolute power and explosiveness, adults should make compliance with the strength training exercise prescription, padded "short board." Yantai adults should pay attention to exercise muscle strength, exercise load should be small and large rises gradually.5. Further improve public sports service system, strengthen the construction of sports and fitness infrastructure, especially in rural areas of public sports facilities.
