The Investigation Research On Education Streaming Intention Of The Rural Junior Middle School Graduates

Under the influence of rapid socio-economic development, the demands for talents from all fields of work in society changes greatly, We not only need the knowledgeable talents but also technological talents, especially knowledge-based professionals. Therefore, This road of finishing high school and university can’t meet the needs of social development for talent,so we also should see another road---- the secondary vocational education whose core is skills,therefore,to carry out education streaming is the inevitable result of social development.According to statistics,of children aged 14 to 16,most of the children dropping out of school are in rural areas in our country. Only a few students can enter the senior high school in the countryside. Because of various reasons, many junior high school graduates drop out of school, instead of entering the secondary vocational school, they either return to the countryside or go out to work. This phenomenon should be highly noticed by the whole society. Therefore, education streaming of the rural junior middle school graduates becomes the key stage of education streaming.In order to point out a suitable for their own development path for junior middle school graduates,to make the right guidance of education streaming, this paper studies education streaming of the rural junior middle school graduates on the basis of studying both at home and abroad, through questionnaire and interview, The article is divided into four chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction. The author mainly introduce the following six aspects:problem posing, the signification of the topic, research object, the definition of the relevant concepts, literature review, research contents and research methods. And I can get my ideas into shape by the study on foreign and domestic documents.Chapter 2: Current situation and the analysis of education streaming of the rural junior middle school graduates in Zhao Yuan. The author mainly made a large amount of investigation and interview about current situation of education streaming of the rural junior middle school graduates among the three kinds of people,what’s more, the author analyzes their education streaming intention.Chapter 3 the causes of education streaming of the rural junior middle school graduates of Zhaoyuan city.This part mainly discusses the following four aspects:thetraditional view of talent and employment, the disadvantages of secondary vocational education development, lack of the powerful guidance to education streaming of junior middle school graduates and the deviation of the countryside junior middle school education value and goal orientation.Chapter 4 the solution to education streaming of the rural junior middle school graduates. Here are four ways to solve the problem:4.1 To set up the right idea, making scientific planning at education streaming4.2 To enhance the appeal of education streaming after junior middle school in rural areas.4.3 To guide individual streaming reasonably, to do a good job of streaming together.4.4 To explore a new education models of the countryside junior middle school activelyEspecially, the author only made objective research on the samples in this paper, it belongs to a case study, therefore, the conclusions and solutions don’t universality.
