With the impact of technology on teaching and learning becoming more and more profound, the attitude of people towards education technology has been transformed from "do not use" into a "how to use" issue, more and more people are taking it as the most technical power in promoting education reform. But in fact, technology in education has not showed the impact that people expected, but also brought new problems in classroom teaching. These aspects should be paid much more attention then before. Especially in primary school language teaching, because of the importance of the nature of the Chinese subject and the cognitive characteristics of students, there are many problems for us to solve in multimedia learning in Chinese classroom teaching in primary school.On studying these issues, we must summarize the status of the application of multimedia technology in the primary language classroom based on survey and analysis. Scientifically performed as technology utilization: high frequency and low efficiency; technical design conditions: concentrate on practice and neglect concept,;technical operating conditions: teacher control and frequently mistakes. From the application status of "high frequency" and "concentrate on practice", we can see that the multimedia technology does have an important influence in pupils’ language learning content, way of learning as well as learning ability. However, from the aspect of "low efficiency", "neglect concept", "Teacher control", "frequently mistakes" and other terms, multimedia technology still have many problems in the primary language classroom. These problems and shortcomings also became the basis of studying primary language classroom research on the basis of the cost of students’ learning.Combining the studying result of current situation and the characteristics of primary language learning according to the division of primary school language curriculum learning tasks of Professor Wu Zhonghao, the writer mainly studied from four aspects such as Chinese thinking, language ability, language study habits and methods to study the humanities to analyze the price of pupils learning multimedia language classroom. However, the impact of multimedia technology on the primary language classroom learning is not isolated, on average, directly. It is indirectly,influence each other and have some emphasis. Especially the students’ language learning process of imagination, practicality, negative impact on life and it will affect other aspects of language learning. Not all the cost will be apparent at the same time and the price may not appear or some appears on a lesser degree.In exploring the reasons for the cost of primary language learning multimedia environment, there are not only reasons of practice, but also there are some existing problems on technical values of teachers and educational view. Discussion on the problem from the root of the philosophical level. In a study of the control strategy on multimedia learning in Chinese classroom teaching in primary school. We need to clarify the relationship between the primary school language teaching and technology, so that we can take advantage of technology to promote Chinese teaching reform. We need to adjust the focus of teacher training to improve the technical design and use level of the primary school teachers. We also need to improve multimedia technology evaluation criteria in Chinese teaching so that we can get timely and correct feedback. Only in this way can we promote the role of technology innovation in primary school language teaching and realize the modernization of primary school language teaching.
