As an integral part of higher education,private higher education is not only one of the driving forces for the sustainable development of China's higher education,but also contributes to the popularization,marketization and quality of higher education in China.After the founding of New China,the development of private higher education has made historic achievements,especially since the 40 years since the reform and opening up,it is also the historical stage of the vigorous development of our national higher education.At the same time,we also recognize that there are many shortcomings in private higher education.As a large province in the eastern coastal region,G Province has sufficient education students.There are 131 colleges and universities,including 33 private colleges and universities,including 6 private undergraduate colleges.There is a shortage of higher education resources in G province,and relying solely on public universities is unable to meet the increasing demand for higher education.The development of private colleges and universities is growing to meet this demand.In recent years,private colleges have adjusted their patterns one after another,gradually transforming from vocational and technical colleges to applied undergraduate colleges.There are many problems in the process of transformation,and the first issue is the stability of the teaching staff.The orientation,rules and regulations,teaching and research management,and campus culture of private colleges and universities all affect the stability of the teaching staff.The "Private Education Promotion Law",as an important educational policy for running private education,affects the long-term development of private colleges and universities.On November 7,2016,the revision of the "Private Education Promotion Law" was a hot discussion in private universities.In this study,the faculty of G Business School was selected as the research object,and the "Private Education Promotion Law" was taken as the research background.Through literature analysis,interview method and case analysis method,the current situation of the faculty of G College of Business and the stability of the faculty Investigate and analyze the understanding of the "Private Education Promotion Law" and the G Enterprise Business School's talent stability policy.Through research,the faculty of G College of Business and Technology has the following problems: including the low salary and salary of the faculty,the unbalanced structure of the faculty,the lack of overall scientific research competitiveness,and the flow of young and middle-aged teachers to public universities.This study analyzes the causes of the stability of the faculty of the G College of Business and Technology,and puts forward some feasible suggestions for improving the stability of the faculty of private universities.
