In recent years,under the influence of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Education," China's privately-run education has moved to a new direction.Various types of private schools at all levels have rapidly emerged.However,with its rapid development,the school teachers in this type of school have undergone great changes and become a stumbling block to the development of private education.The steady development of the school's health requires all teachers to work together to build a constant teaching force,and only in this way can we ensure the quality of school teaching.Therefore,if private schools want to get further and faster development,they must build their own backbone.The most important task for the large-scale flow of teachers in private education is to ensure the steady development of teachers' strength and make it the basis for building the backbone of the school.This is the focus of this paper.Based on relevant data exploration,this paper combines domestic and foreign existing relevant educational theories as the research basis,and fully uses the literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews to select three Kunming private primary school teachers as the main Research subjects,qualitative research-assisted quantitative research methods,relevant descriptive analysis of the flow of primary school teachers in Kunming,and exploration of the causes of these current situations.The results of the study are as follows:First,in terms of the strength of the primary school teachers at the present stage,the stability of the teachers is not high.Most teachers have clearly expressed their strong desire to circulate.Here,relative to the flow between industries,everyone is more inclined to transfer to other schools for work and the flow within the education system.Secondly,among the primary school teachers who have the willingness to move,there are mostly young teachers.Many university graduates use private schools as a springboard for employment.This situation makes the teachers in private primary schools become increasingly weak.Third,the flow of faculty members has been affected by many factors,among which personal reasons include age,gender,age of education,education,and marriage and childbirth.The work environment includes the geographical environment and hardware facilities of the school,and of course also covers the elements of colleagues' communication,professional development,work pressure,and school management.The social element includes elements such as professional identity and income differences between people with the same conditions in other industries.Policy factors include the source of funding for private primary schools and the compilation of private primary schools.All these elements have had an important impact on the flow of teachers.The research in this paper is limited to Kunming City,and it does not require the perfection of theoretical construction and the extensive use of research results.It is only hoped that this article can provide a good supporting role for private education in this Municipality and provide a reference for schools with similar problems.
