The teaching design is based on the system theory, communication theory,learning theory and teaching theory as a guide, the use of scientific methods,analysis of the problems in teaching, puts forward the decision-making process of the optimal solution. With the advent of the information age, information technology education in the development of more and more people pay attention to, how to design teaching in the information technology environment, information technology will be used in the classroom teaching, to cultivate students’ information literacy and innovation ability, has become a new challenge to teachers professional development. In order to more effectively improve the teacher’s information technology ability, many experts and scholars have provided a lot of information instructional design template, the informatization instructional design tools, help teachers to complete teaching design.In this paper, found in summarizes the domestic and foreign teaching design template tools, these tools can help the teacher to complete the teaching part of the design to a certain extent, but the penetration rate is not high, the teacher is still writing paper in using word to design electronic lesson plans, lesson plan sand manual stage. There is no substantial write lesson plans of teachers from "liberation". In this paper, through the advantages from the domestic and foreign teaching design tools, design the teaching process design of a secondary teacherassistant software mainfunction template, the template assistant module, theteachers design theteaching process, teaching design theory, improve the teaching design, the ability to practice.This study from two aspects of theory and practice, the specific contents are as follows:First of all, using the method of literature analysis, Analysis of research from the domestic and foreign research status about the auxiliary teaching design template tool, released these tools and templates are what kind of defect, and understand the current situation of teachers’ information technology in primary and secondary schools in China the ability of teaching design and the existing demand. Then, the core competence of primary and middle school teachers information ability teaching design group designed the questionnaire, investigation analysis on the current situation of teachers’ ability of information instructional design, find out the existing problems, puts forward the countermeasures, and analyzes the necessity of developing assistant template software.Again, the above literature survey and questionnaire analysis based on the combination of system science theory, constructivist learning theory, teaching theory and theory of design automation, To build a teaching assistant template framework to improve teachers’ ability of information technology in primary and secondary schools based on instructional design, carries on the analysis to the template function from the angle of theory and practice, determine the function module design of the template, template and the template assistant software, software for test and evaluation.The innovation of this paper is to design and implement for improving teachers’ information ability in primary and secondary schools teaching the teaching design template, this template based on the provided to the teachers in teaching design knowledge and improve the practical ability, the spirit of the guiding thought of constructivism learning theory, but also provide the technology and tools used in the process of teaching support for teachers, help to improve the ability of Information Instructional design.
