Resource conformity of minority community education is a kind of educational activity.Ethnic members will integrate educational resources to achieve their own development and the harmonious development of ethnic communities in the process of minority community education.Integrating educational resources in ethnic communities is conducive to exploring the development of ethnic community education.Around the research theme,this paper can be divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the main introduction about the paper,including selecting reason,significance of the research,research ideas,research innovation,research difficulties,research methods and literature review.The second chapter is research summary,some relevant conception and theoretical basis has been definited by the author,including life-long education theory,multicultural education theory and community education resource integration theory.Chapter three is about the necessity,characteristics and classification of Yunnan minority community education integration.It including the meaning,purpose,classification and characteristics of education resource integration.By means of observation,questionnaries and interviews,The author observes the basic situation of the educational resources integration in the ethnic community(case area).Based on the theory of community education resource integration,There are some problems existing in the integration of educational resources in the case area.Some of the result will represent the integration problems of ethnic minority communities in Yunnan Province.And then the analyzing of the causes of the problems also can be used in the minority communities of Yunnan province.The final chapter is researching on the integration strategy of Yunnan ethnic community education resources.The author listed some basic principles of the educational resources integration in minority communities of Yunnan province first,and then based on the analysis of the principles,the strategies of optimizing the educational resources of minority communities in Yunnan province has been put forward.Finally,the summary and reflection has been showed by the author.
