Primary high-grade Chinese Teaching, emphasis on the accumulation of basic knowledge, and pay more attention to the training of comprehension ability and communicate ability and innovation ability of students. However, the present situation of Chinese teaching in primary school in our country is not optimistic, and many problems need to be solved, in contrary to “Chinese curriculum standards of compulsory education: The 2011 Edition” requirements of the principles, methods and strategies in “Teaching Suggestion”. To solve the problems, the focus is to carry out effective teaching, which is the current academic and language educators in the ongoing research and exploration of the topic.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first chapter uses the literature method and survey method to sum up the problems of Chinese teaching in primary school: teachers’ teaching practice and three-dimensional objective have deviation; teachers’ teaching design and classroom control ability is weak; teachers’ classroom teaching has the phenomenon of traction; students get less direct experience in learning; students’ Chinese horizon is narrow and life run off the rails, and the second chapter analyzes the causes of the problems in a multilevel, this specifically related to students, teachers, families, society.The second chapter discusses the basis of the effective teaching of Chinese in primary school under the new curriculum standard. It considers that the effect ive teaching should be on the premise of carrying out the new concept of the new curriculum standard, and combined with the characteristics of the high grade language teaching in primary school.The third chapter puts forward the ways and methods of effective teaching of Chinese in primary school under new curriculum standard based on multi-angles thinking: to cultivate Student’s Self-regulated Learning Ability, to deepen the traditional culture education, to design effective homework flexibly, to increase the students’ language practice opportunities, to integrate of information technology effectively, to improve the teaching ability of teachers, the paper expounds how to improve students’ Chinese accomplishment and realize effective teaching from the above six aspects.
