Under the background of new curriculum reform, cooperative learning concept gradually accepted by people, the focus from previous classroom teachers teaching to give priority to with the students’ learning. According to the characteristics of the primary school science curriculum,cooperative learning group is the main form of the elementary school science inquiry activity,but in the process of carry out cooperative learning group is relatively easy to generate a disorderly state of classroom. Therefore, in the new curriculum requirements and the characteristics of the primary science subject background, the research on cooperative learning elementary school science classroom management effective strategies is important and necessary.Using the method of literature analysis method, classroom observation, questionnaire,interview method and other methods, the effective cooperative learning the elementary school science classroom management strategies, can think through certain strategies to manage effectively, on the basis of effective management, can effectively carry out cooperative learning of primary school science.This article is divided into three parts. The first part is introduction, mainly from the demands of the development of the depth of the curriculum reform, the requirements of the school teaching management, I work in the realistic predicament, etc, put forward the research background, theoretical basis, respectively, humanistic theory, development theory and effective teaching theory and incentive theory. This paper expounds the research purpose and meaning,research design and methods are put forward. The second part is the main part of the study,divided into three chapters, the first combed the domestic and foreign research present situation,found that less effective research cooperation learning elementary school science classroom management strategies; Then expounds the concept of classroom management, summed up the effectiveness of cooperative learning elementary school science classroom management; At last,through investigation and interviews of teachers and students found that classroom management,and carries on the analysis of the current situation of reusing the classroom observation to find reasons for classroom problem behavior. The third part is based on reason to choose effective strategy, respectively from the target orientation, assertive discipline, group dynamics, behavior modification and harmonious communication in five aspects, such as effective strategies are put forward.This research can provide elementary school science teachers with effective cooperative learning classroom management strategies.
