The rapid development of information technology to all aspects of our lives have an enormous impact, especially in modern education is more influenced by information technology. The new "high school mathematics curriculum standards" clearly demonstrates the focus of high school mathematics curriculum reform in high school is a combination of information technology and mathematics teaching in student learning of mathematical knowledge, training students in the use of information technology in learning mathematics to analyze and solve problems ability, but also to enable students to learn to use information technology for self-learning and lifelong learning enable students to understand and adapt to the information society requires of them. In this paper, the theory of pedagogy and psychology, five parts of the application of information technology in teaching high school mathematics conducted a study elaborated.First, the purpose of this study is in the background of the new curriculum standards, to discuss how to properly use modern information technology to high school teaching strategy. To enable IT to better serve the high school mathematics teaching, to stimulate student interest in learning, enabling everyone to learn useful mathematics, everyone get the necessary math, different people get different development in mathematics.Secondly, by reading a lot of literature research summarizes cognitive theory of information technology in teaching high school mathematics application, humanistic theory, constructivist theory and the theoretical basis of the new curriculum standards.On this basis, through questionnaires and observation, scientific theories based design and production survey, targeted to high school students and Fusong first teachers were related to information technology in teaching high school mathematics survey application status, according to the findings that the current application of information technology in teaching high school mathematics major problem is to limit the level of the teachers of the school, the pressure of college entrance examination, teachers and other ideas.Through the above investigation and practice, summed to obtain the application of information technology to teaching high school mathematics teaching theory guiding principles, the principle of the unity and cooperation of individual content selectivity principle, the principle of a combination of concrete and abstract, teacher-student interactive principle, traditional mathematics teaching principles and combining the critical principles and the principles of the teachers in the teaching process should apply points to note: teachers should correct understanding of the new curriculum requirements for the application of information technology, information technology teachers not only for good teaching while ignoring teach, teachers should constantly improve the application of information technology theory literacy, note the effectiveness of IT application, not to the application and the application, the teachers do not ignore the subject position in teaching high school students, do not over-pursue look gorgeous while ignoring the quality of teaching.
