Exploration On The Enterprise Infiltrating Management Of Secondary Vocational Education

With the development of science and technology and the advancement of new type industrialization, vocational education of training skilled personnel has become an important support for the national competitiveness. China is also accelerating the pace of the development of manufacturing and the transformation from "manufacturing" to "creation". Whether international competition or the development of China’s economic and social comprehensive strength, to strengthen the training of skilled personnel and to increase the reform and development of vocational education has become the times demand.In recent years, the vocational education in our country is entering a period of reform and development. A series of policies and measures of the reform of vocational education have strengthened the important role of market mechanism and enterprise, industry and other social forces in the development and operation of vocational education. Rapid development of vocational education is trying to create a diversified school running pattern of vocational education, and it continuously promotes the enterprise as the main body of vocational education, encourage the establishment of professional education group.This paper is just under the unceasing reform and innovation of vocational education, starting from the present management situation of vocational education in China, and combined with foreign advanced vocational education management mode and experience. On the premise of the marketization of vocational education, the paper infiltrates enterprise factor into the main management surface of the secondary vocational education, and make it as the starting point to research and put forward the enterprise infiltrating management, then expands the exploration on the enterprise infiltrating management of the secondary vocational education. This study mainly from the following five parts:The first part introduces the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign related research review, research ideas and methods; The second part describes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis; The third part analyzes the main problems and causes of the vocational education management from five aspects; The fourth part summarizes the foreign advanced vocational education management mode and its present situation; The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the enterprise infiltrating management of the secondary vocational education.It is hoped that this study can provide a more systematic theory and feasibility reference for the reform of the secondary vocational education, paly a positive role for promoting the development level of the secondary vocational education management, and effectively help the secondary vocational education to cultivate the technical talents who meet the needs of the society and enterprise.
