| Improving students' comprehensive skills and qualities is the starting point and destination of vocational education practice."7S" management is the standard of on-site management in modern enterprises.Introducing it into the teaching and management of vocational colleges can promote students to develop good behavior norms and professional qualities.This study is divided into four parts: the first part,starting from the characteristics of students and the current situation of managers,inspects the existing problems in the management of secondary vocational education,and analyses the optimization direction of the management of secondary vocational education;the second part,introduces the connotation,mode and development prospect of the enterprise "7S" management in detail,analyses the relationship between the management of secondary vocational education and the enterprise "7S" management,and explores the management of secondary vocational education.The third part,based on case analysis,inspects the current situation of the application of "7S" management in secondary vocational education management,focuses on its effectiveness and existing problems,and analyzes the reasons.Fourth,starting with the principles followed,the evaluation system and measures formulated,it analyses and considers the optimum way of integrating the management of secondary vocational education into the "7S" management of enterprises.Based on the above research,this paper finally draws the following conclusions: the integration of secondary vocational education management into enterprise "7S" management is an effective method and means to cultivate vocational ability and professional accomplishment of secondary vocational students,following the principles of "school" adaptation and establishing a systematic evaluation system and other optimization paths,and "7S" management will play a more active role in the process of secondary vocational education management. |
