From the fall semester in 2014, all new graduate students in our country began to pay tuition fees, postgraduate education stepped on the stage of full charge.The reform of funding system of graduate students is to form a complete set of charging system.Perfecting the graduate student aid system has been the focus of the graduate education reform, when exploring the influences of the graduate education quality, funding policy is also the important factor. The master graduate students’ academic achievements are important roles in the quality of education,and are bound to be influnced. Taking Tinto and Bean’s structural equation model as the theoretical basis, by designing questionnaire,selecting the full-time graduate student as the investigation objects, designed the research framework to discuss, and made assumptions. Use AMOS software to verify the framework,and the SPSS software is used to analyse the data. This paper mainly discusses how funding directly and indirectly affect students’ academic development, and give appropriate description of the current students’ economic pressure situation, the satisfaction of the funding level,the situation of students to take part-time jobs, the aid policy problems and expectations. The conclusions are:First, students are facing economic pressure. Graduate students month spending is more than their month income.Students said their income level is limited, they have economic pressure.Their evaluation of funding from the school is low, most of the students think that they can get less or almost no support from their tutors.Second, high proportion of students are engaged in the part-time jobs, part-time activities generally are not professional, and the main purpose to engage in part-time jobs is to ease economic pressure.Third, the path between the sponsorship and postgraduate education development exists. Three ways of financing will have direct effects on the master graduate students’ academic achievements. Gift good and self-help aid will have positive impacts on thedevelopment of academic achievement, but delayed payment aid has a negative role in the development. The indirect effects of three kinds of intermediary variables are different.Fourth, the gift good play the great positive role in each project.Scholarship will improve the students’ satisfactions and the decisions to continue to study in the school,promote the establishment of academic goals and implementation, maintain academic interest, improve the academic performance and the achievements in academic and scientific research.Fifth, the self-help aid will not only bring positive influences, also can bring negative effects. The low satification of the allowance, will produce adverse effects to the realization of the goal, although can reduce scientific research achievements, but also can promote the development of the academic achievements.Sixth, delayed payment aid in the development of academic showed negative effects.Seventh, students think that the school and the government should shoulder the main channel of postgraduate funding. The existing funding problems are:the assistance needs to be strengthened, funding ways should be broaden, and the support policy need to make the corresponding reform.Finally, according to the research conclusions, from the three ways of financing,combining with their influences on the students’ academic development, four suggestions are put forward.
