The issue of Draft Reformation Compendium of Fundamental Education Courses marks a brand-new epoch of Chinese Fundamental Education -the epoch of courses reformation and heralds the spring of biology of education. The orientation of all the student in the view of the comprehensive and life long development needs should become the new guiding thought of the biology education. Emotion, attitude and value education together with knowledge and competence are listed as the three major goals of biology education and are put on more importance than ever. However, due to the influence of traditional guiding thought and the evaluation concept in biology education, there exists many problems in the consolidation of emotion and value education .In Such a background and with the knowledge of the lack of through study in the emotion and value education, the author chose " emotion, attitude and value education in junior middle school" as the title of study.Emotion is the experience of whether the object reality satisfies human needs and desire, that is, the active or negative feeing toward the outside world. Attitude is the facial expression when people speak or act and the action of people when they treat other things and other people. It is a long-lasting and stable comprehensive psychological reaction tendency toward a certain object. Value is an overall evaluation and view of one toward the reality and the behavior. It provides universal guide in the behavior. It is the reference point to evaluate belief and action. It is also the principles, basic beliefs, ideality and standards according to which people take action. Emotion, attitude and value relate and complement each other. Breadthways, they describe the whole picture of human character development, each one is essential. Lengthways, the three have a hierarchic and step-up structure, and consist a successively increasing development relation system.As the goal of biology education, the three factually refer to the personality consummation education, and consist an important part to execute quality education to consummate personality. Emotion here not only refers to the interest, enthusiasm and motive to study, but also more importantly refers to the inward experience and the enrichment of the mind. Attitude not only refers to the attitude and the responsibility to study, but also more importantly refers to the optimistic and tolerant attitude toward life, fact-searching scientific attitude. Value stresses more on the unity of personal and social value than on personal value, more on the unity of scientific value and humanevalue than on only scientific value, more on the unity of human value and natural value than on human value only. They can motivate the students to cultivate a notion to pursue truth kindness and beauty and to keep sustainable development between human being and nature.The author considers it is of great significance to carry out emotion, attitude and value education. It is in accordance with the education trend worldwide. It conduces to consolidate the humane caring in education. Emotion, attitude and value together with knowledge acquirement and competence cultivation make up the three-dimension goal in biology education. In terms of the all-round and life-long development, it thoroughly demonstrates the notion of quality education. Not only is it one of the goals of education, but also should be viewed as the starting point and the end-point of education. In biology education, value cannot be replaced by any other element.This article starts with the biology education history, and the analysis of biology education in and out of our country, in the form of questionnaire and interview, comes to the conclusion: The present biology education lacks emotion, attitude and value education; The overall quality of the teaching staff needs to be heighten; and the correspondent theory and evaluation system need to be set up.
