It provides universal guide in the behavior. It is the reference point to evaluate belief and action. It is also the principles, basic beliefs, ideality and standards according to which people take action. Emotion, attitude and value relate and complement each other. Breadthways, they describe the whole picture of human character development, each one is essential. They can motivate the students to cultivate a notion to pursue truth kindness and beauty and to keep sustainable development between human being and nature.The author considers it is of great significance to carry out emotion, attitude and value education. It is in accordance with the education trend worldwide. It conduces to consolidate the humane caring in education. Emotion, attitude and value together with knowledge acquirement and competence cultivation make up the three-dimension goal in biology education. In terms of the all-round and life-long development, it thoroughly demonstrates the notion of quality education.
