Since the 21 st century, the vocational education of our country has achieved great development and trained a large of skill talents for our country’s construction and social development. However, we can’t negate the follow scenes before us: one hand, the enterprises need a large number of vocational skill talents but have to face to labor shortage,on the other hand, vocational school has trained a large number of graduates, but they have to face to students’ low employment. This reveals the uncoordination between vocational education development and social development needs. It is also inseparable from the model of vocational teaching in vocational school. Under the background, the government raised modern apprenticeship experiments, that is, school teacher and corporation master conduct double-supervisor teaching, taking this model as a new talents training model, aiming at training applicative talent for talent market.This thesis mainly adopts the method of literature study and interview method to reveal the current situation of talent training of vocational school. By analyzing the shortage of talent training in school-corporation cooperation, on the basis of using the foreign reference in talent training model of modern apprenticeship, combining the talent training model of modern apprenticeship in our school, analyzing the achieved efficiency and innovation point of co-building between school and business. It illustrates this model, from the training aim,training content, training style and quality estimate to structure the frame of talent training model of modern apprenticeship in vocational school. Although the model is built on the basis of studying model and the idea of reticent knowledge, it needs deepening structural reform in practical operation and gradually pushing forward. In the process of implementing,we should emphasis the supervising of teaching process and improve the teacher’s training,promoting in all areas and forming the development of specialty group. We should connect secondary vocational school to high vocational school. properly and improve the enthusiasm of corporation and the trainees’ admission, also promote talents training model of modern apprenticeship go smoothly.
