Modern Apprenticeship is an issue of general concern in the field of vocational education, while it is a focus of vocational education tasks in recent years. It is the traditional apprentice training and the modern school vocational education combined joint training of personnel and forms of vocational education system. Modern Apprenticeship with our traditional "school-enterprise cooperation" model differ in terms of the dominant position of the participants, student status, school-enterprise cooperation mode with depth. Western Modern Apprenticeship and more business-oriented, adhere to corporate training model Standard. Our modern Western and learn is to break the traditional apprenticeship in personnel training in the development problems "school-enterprise cooperation." In the Government’s active promotion, China has comprehensively promote the modern apprenticeship pilot. Visible, the pursuit of certainty Modern Apprenticeship body is a condition precedent to the implementation of modern apprenticeships, which directly affects the quality of personnel training and specifications.This study aims to learn from contextual learning theory and stakeholder theory, to explore business mainstay of the modern apprenticeship development landscape, and from contextual learning theory, to build a modern enterprise body apprenticeship training model basic framework, which made the modern enterprise apprenticeship development strategy Training mode. To achieve this object, the present study using literature research and case studies on issues related to the study.Firstly, history and values dimension examines our traditional "school-enterprise cooperation," the logic development training model from vocational colleges, business, industry, students, government and other participants analyzed the problems and causes of "school-enterprise cooperation" in.Secondly, through a comparative analysis it describes the development of modern apprenticeship model in Germany, the UK, Australia, Switzerland, the four countries, to clarify its development context, content analysis features and operating modes of certainty, and summarized the successful experience of its development and common for the theory and practice of the construction of modern apprenticeship training model to explore for reference.Thirdly, according to our existing research and practice, learn from foreign experience in the development of the basis of determining the meaning and characteristics of modern apprenticeship training model of Chinese enterprises the main body, and try to build a business mainstay of the modern apprenticeship talent Training basic framework model.Fourthly, based on the research to specific business Modern Apprenticeship Training Model- "Bosch apprenticeship" in a case study in order to identify business Modern Apprenticeship practice problems and challenges.Finally, the difficulties of the Chinese Modern Apprenticeship practice development in the face, in terms of top-level design, security system, curriculum, teaching organization, a student, faculty building and diversification of innovative training model put forward the deepening of China’s Modern Apprenticeship made policy recommendations.
