The modern apprenticeship refers to a talent training mode for the modern vocational education under the guidance of the government,which is to serve the development demand of the economic society at present and solve “Two Skin Phenomenon” of the industry and teaching,that is,the apprentices will display their accomplishment when are employed and studying alternately with the dual identity,and the schools and enterprises will teach them by both training and instructing alternately when they are employed.Since China officially launched the pilot modern apprenticeship in 2015,the participant units and specialties have been developing into a whole area gradually,forming a favorable trend with rational areal distribution,rational industry stationing and rational type structure.However,the pilot modern apprenticeship has been lasting in the exploratory stage for a short time in China.By investigating and analyzing the current practice of the modern apprenticeship in China,we can understand our results and achievements,discover the existing problems,and then propose corresponding measures and suggestions after deeply finding the reasons that influence its development,thus boost the development of modern apprenticeship in China.By applying the investigation method and documentary method in this paper,I make the questionnaire survey and interview the students and teachers of the schools with the pilot modern apprenticeship in Guangdong,and the major is Hotel Management.I summarize the pilot condition of Hotel Management in Guangdong after understanding the modern apprenticeship,training objective and scale,curriculum system,teaching management,supervision and management system.By collecting materials from CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),Wanfang Data,Internet and related books,I conclude the existing problems and analyze the reasons in the pilot modern apprenticeship of our country according to the practical situation of Hotel Management from the individual problems to the common problems,and then propose measures.This paper consists of 5 chapters.The first chapter is Introduction,which mainly expounds the study background and study significance of this paper,literature review,concept definition,theoretical basis,and study idea and study method.The second chapter is the overview of the talents training mode of modern apprenticeship,which mainly expounds the origin of the modern apprenticeship in China nowadays,differing from the characteristics of other talents training modes.And the third part is the investigation and analysis of the talents training mode of modern apprenticeship.By applying the investigation method,I investigate the current situation of pilot modern apprenticeship of Hotel Management in Guangdong Province,and summarize the pilot condition of Hotel Management in Guangdong Province.And the fourth chapter is the main existing problems and reason analysis of the talents training mode of modern apprenticeship.Combined with the research and literature,it is found that the participants have insufficient understanding of the modern apprenticeship system,the curriculum is not consistent with the requirements of the modern apprenticeship system,the teacher team is not perfect,and the apprenticeship rate is low.The influence of propaganda methods and traditional concepts,lack of understanding of school concepts,lack of teaching resources,lack of matching teacher management systems,and lack of relevant management systems.And the fifth chapter is some measures and suggestions for the talents training mode of modern apprenticeship.By combining the theoretical basis and the fundamental realities of China,I propose improving our understanding on the modern apprenticeship,setting up the curriculum according to the requirements of the modern apprenticeship system,standardizing the teaching staff construction,and improving the relevant management system.
