Reasch On Social Inclusion Of Mobile Population Living In Urban Villages From Kunming

Urban villages because of its production, lower operating costs of living reasons, attracted a large influx of migrants, they have made great contributions to the modernization and development of the city, but the reality is cruel, life in the urban villages of flow population difficult to integrate into urban society. Kunming urban villages migrants and because of outflow, mostly in the province of backward regions, often with poverty, lack of information features, increase the difficulty of integration into urban society. Previous studies showed that the floating population in urban villages of Kunming economic level basic realization of the single dimension of integration, but in the higher social relations, lifestyles and psychological aspects of identity but there is a certain amount of cognitive gap.In this paper, the existing two villages in Kunming:the case of the Jin Dao Ying and Da Shu Ying questionnaire, the survey collected data on lifestyle, social relations and psychological identity of the three aspects, and through empirical analysis further research into the factors of time, education, working conditions and so on into the way of life, social relations and integration into the psychological impact of identity, summed up in three aspects of social integration barriers. Next, I extracted a theory of social conflict Lewis Coser, represented an attempt to accelerate the exploration of the social inclusion of migrants villages in the path of social integration disorders.We find that, time integration, education, working conditions and lifestyle integration (including working time and adapt to urban systems, leisure convergence degree) has a positive effect, but the age of the integration of lifestyle has a reverse effect; integration time integration of social relations has a positive effect, and social relations (access to job) on working conditions with a certain positive effect; education, working conditions and the psychological identity has a good role in promoting, but with the integration time psychological identity does not have sufficient relevance. Based on these conclusions come out of the urban and rural production, rural employment and rural social relations and the concept of conflict, thereby seeking to accelerate social integration villages path.Finally, according to the author into the path proposed from the Government:Take advantage of villages communities, enhance the sense of belonging and promote the establishment of relevant laws and regulations, the implementation of policies to protect migrants, get rid of the old rural household registration system, population management innovation, enhance the cultural skills training and advice consciousness, migrants from villages in the city itself put forward:to improve the employability and competitiveness, broaden the circle of contacts, develop a healthy career development concept three suggestions, trying to really floating population "city people" shift from rural provide their own power.
