With the development of urbanization, the massive influx of floating population into cities, and the limited urban space and resources, the relationship between people affects the harmonious development of society. Therefore, under the background of advocating a harmonious society and common prosperity, how to help the concentrated floating population in urban villages integrate into cities and share the fruits of urban development with urban residents has become a problem that social workers need to help solve. The theory of space production provides a perspective of spatial practice strategies for analyzing the reasons and characteristics of the concentrated floating population in urban villages of F city.It is of great significance for social work intervention to help the concentrated floating population in urban villages integrate into urban services.Through the analysis of the spatial practice strategies of the concentrated floating population in urban villages, this paper explores their use and transformation of space, and uses this to analyze the difficulties in their urban integration.According to the difficulties in material space practice, social space practice and psychological space practice, social work intervention services are provided to enrich and promote the combination of spatial practice and social work. This paper is based on interviews with the concentrated floating population in the urban villages of F city and observations of urban villages. The following conclusions are drawn:First, the concentration of the floating population in the urban villages of F city is influenced by factors such as the geographical location, employment situation, and "fate-based" concentration mode of the urban villages of F city.By analyzing the factors affecting the concentration of the floating population in urban villages,we can understand the reasons and characteristics of their concentration.Second, the analysis of the spatial practice strategies of the concentrated floating population in urban villages shows that they have autonomous strategies for living space and urban village space practice, while the original space of urban villages also has an active influence on the concentrated floating population. The two interact and depend on each other.Third, based on the analysis of the spatial practice of the concentrated floating population in urban villages,it is found that the separation of living space and interference of employment factors at the material space practice level, the separation of social relations and inadequate popularization of social policies at the social space practice level, and the low sense of social identity at the psychological space practice level are the reasons why the concentrated floating population is difficult to integrate into cities.Fourth, through social work intervention, small group work services are provided at the material space practice level to break down the isolation of living space and reduce the interference of employment factors;social interaction small group services and active promotion of social policies are carried out at the social space practice level; At the psychological space practice level,by providing caring services for their families and cultivating volunteer service teams, their sense of identity and belonging to the city can be enhanced to better integrate into the city.
