The Study On The Satisfaction Level Of The Basic Medical Insurance For Urban Residents

Since college students have been included in the basic medical insurance for urban residents in 2008,students’ health has been protected for the policy very well. In this study, the insured student satisfaction as the angle of view,through empirical investigation, satisfaction evaluation of college students to participate in the basic medical insurance for urban residents, analysis the influencing factors of the satisfaction, and find the problems, then give some suggestions. In this research, the satisfaction of the medical insurance basis of research results, combined with the actual situation in Kunming City students, using the method of combination of theoretical research and empirical research, for relevanting data about the insured student satisfaction by questionnaire survey,analysising of the current situation of the insured student satisfaction, finding the main factors affecting the insurance of college students satisfaction. Statistical analysis methods adopted in this research mainly include: reliability test, validity test, variance analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, T test and multiple regression analysis.According to the results of the survey,Kunming City insurance students overall satisfaction of the basic medical insurance system for urban residents is 3.38 on average, according to the standard satisfaction evaluation set, the results value is between [3,4] shows that the students were satisfied with the policy. Through regression analysis, all of the three satisfaction are the causal relationship with overall satisfaction.And school satisfaction is the main factors, hospital services affecting the the student satisfaction a lot, policy satisfaction affecting the insurance satisfaction a little.While students’ registed residence,major, physical quality self-evaluation and knowledge of policy is the factors affecting the insurance satisfaction,sex and grade are not the factors affecting the student satisfaction.The research results, analysised the characteristics of Kunming city and college students satisfaction, combined with the successful experience, puts some improving suggestions.
