"At the same time, in the "teaching suggestion" pointed out that "high school language teaching to in all students to achieve the premise of the same basic goal, paying attention to the choice faced by students in language learning, strive to meet the learning requirements, support the development of its specialty and personality." puts forward some relevant requirements for the individualized reading teaching, but it has not been strictly defined for the teaching of individualized reading. The author thinks, the personalized teaching of reading is teachers according to their own, reading works of student characteristics and the original foundation, learning ability, learning needs, such as the differences, follow the laws of teaching, creative use of teaching materials, create a good learning environment and conditions, all students have access to necessary language literacy and achieve common goals, guide students to learn actively, cultivate students’ independent reading ability and creative thinking ability, the personality of the students to achieve the rapid development of the teaching activities. Humanism theory, construction theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, China ancient teaching theory theory provides support and reference for the implementation of the personalized reading teaching, for teachers to promote personality development of students with inspiration and promotion, but these theories needed in the specific teaching practice in order to reflect the value and significance of guidance. Personalized reading teaching has the characteristics of initiative, diversity, creativity, independence, diversity and so on. Personalized reading teaching for high school Chinese reading teaching has brought a welcome change, teachers read teaching idea change,presents the personalized reading teaching mode, the relationship between teachers and students become democratic and harmonious, classroom atmosphere becomes dynamic and forceful, teaching evaluation and by a single step by step diversity. But in the implementation process, there still exist some deficiencies and problems, teachers of personalized reading teaching for understanding deviation, the guiding role of teachers lack, classroom appear at random, and liberalization, single teaching objectives, teaching process is the lack of change, cultivation of students’ reading habits to be with strong, independent reading ability is deficient.The implementation of personalized reading teaching, teachers need to change from the idea of enhancing the quality and ability, role start. Teachers should change traditional to teach the teachers as the main body, the neglect of the subject status of student teaching ideas, teachers’ leading change to guide and give the class students, let the students in Teachers’ correct guide, take the initiative to read the works, combined with their own knowledge accumulation, life experience and emotion in reading works dialogue get personality experience and emotional experience. At the same time, expand the reading, pay attention to the age of information, rich knowledge, improve their own quality.
