The influence and effect of children’s gender existed in educational behavior and educational organization.Gender role development is the main performance of the children’s self-consciousness and social development, In the field of preschool education into the gender perspective, Gender education based on the characteristics of the development of children’s gender role in kindergarten, promote the development of children’s gender socialization, teachers to establish a scientific concept of gender education, Finally realize education fairness and social justice.This research mainly uses the literature method, interview method and observation method.Analysis of the literature collection, collation and research, and through informal interviews, the main object is the interviews with teachers and parents.In addition, the researchers also uses non participant observation, every day from kindergarten began to observe continued until noon children go to lunch, afternoon from children’s nap began to observe, continued until the class children all is picked up by the parents.At the time of the above, the situation of kindergarten sex education in the development of teachers and children in the field observation, objective record, scientific analysis.Through scientific research methods, this study aims to understand the situation of the development of gender education in kindergartens, the problems and the reasons behind it, and put forward some suggestions.The main structures and contents of are as follows:The first part explains the reasons and meanings of this study,gives a brief review of development status of gender education in preschool.It also defines core concepts,proposed research ideas, study and research methods.The second part is the introduction of Kolberg’s theory of cognitive development, including the formation of children’s gender role, Children’s gender development stage, the three part of gender stereotypes.The third part is the gender observation in kindergarten daily activities, mainly from the four aspects of life activities, collective teaching activities,game activities and gender education in kindergarten teacher’s gender education concept and behavior.The fourth part is the problems existing in the current situation of gender education in kindergarten. Preschool teachers’ Gender Education of pre service training and on-the-job training exist blank, the existence of stereotype in teaching material and reading material, the contents of gender education in kindergarten exist limitations and form is single, the effect of gender education in kindergarten is not optimistic and Children’s parents’ sense of responsibility for gender education exist deviation.The fifth part is to analyze the causes of problems in sex education in kindergarten. Study found that the main reason behind the problem with the lack of preschool teachers’ gender education concept and ability, the lack of family-kindergarten cooperation on the development of sex education in kindergarten, the correct understanding of the lack of government education departments to support the sex education in kindergarten.The last part puts forward three suggestions according to the problems and their reasons. The suggestions are:First,preschool teacher should set up scientific concept and behavior of gender education.Second, family-kindergarten cooperation to promote the development of gender education in kindergarten. Government education departments to provide further support for the gender education in kindergarten.
