With the rapid development of economy and Information Technology, the B-learning model has emerged and caused a new revolution of educational theory and method. It has combined the rich teaching resources and flexible teaching methods of E-learning with the strong monitoring and sufficient emotional interaction in the traditional classroom. We carry out the Introductory Physics in terms of B-learning based on the revolution of personnel training program on the information-based background, which is consistent with the teaching theory "teach the method to students, give back the time to students". We hope to properly combine the face to face teaching with on-line study then maximize the teaching effect accordingly.The on-line cloud learning platform provide a virtual learning environment which is essential to B-learning. But how to use the cloud learning platform to develop teaching resources? How to design B-learning activities on account of the function of cloud learning platform? Whether can these activities effectively improve students’ learning abilities and results? Those are the problems we tend to solve in this article.We firstly reviewed many related literature about the concept, theoretical basis, the content and standard of teaching resources construction, the design of teaching activities of B-learning, then we introduced the construction of teaching resources of B-learning and came up with an activity design based on the cloud learning platform. Finally we started practice research on the dimensions below:construction of teaching resources, design and practice of teaching activities taking "Introductory Physics" as an example. We found that the B-learning model have an obvious expansionary effect on students’ learning interest, understanding of physical concepts, and development of self-learning ability. All the conclusions come from the research on students’ behavior data and questionnaire.
