Surging wave of reform of World Education have attracted more and more attention, especially "elite education", "Gifted Education" or "personalized education", It seems to be a comprehensive strength of competition not for economy and politics but for talents and technology. Since the reform and opening up began,as a model, Olympic classes have trained a large number of cutting-edge talents for Chinese economy and culture. This thesis will talk about physics in senior high school.Based on the comparative analysis of high school physics talent education at home and abroad,we elaborated a training model about Olympic classes in The First Affiliated High School of Huazhong Normal University. It aims to provide a good model for our Talent Education in senior high school physics teaching.The thesis consists of five parts as follows:Firstly, differentiate and analyse a series of concepts about talent education, focusing on the object of this study-Olympic classes. Based on analysis and identification of concepts as Gifted Children, Talent Education, high school physical education and others, we have introduced high school physics Talent Education Research methods and its significance;Secondly, introducing the theoretical basis of talent education in three aspects:First, from the angle of multiple intelligence theory to discuss the intellectual development of our students in the Olympic class;the second is from the view of personalized theory, combined with physical learning characteristics of gifted students, individualized, to promote students’ individuality development; third is on the basis of humanistic view, discuss the study motivation of extraordinary students for physics, the highest goal is self-realization; combined with my teaching practice in a number of teaching tattempts, provide a strong education supports to explore the talent education in the following training model;Thirdly, the status quo analysis of Talent Education in senior high school physics at home and abroad. It covers the development and status of China’s current extraordinary education to Beijing Eighth Middle School as an example; the Asia-Pacific region-"gifted education" program in Singapore as an example; developed countries and regions:the extraordinary education of United States as an example; Finally, Talent Education Situation both here and abroad were compared with the reflection, from the angle of the Talent Education’s beginning, Talent Education in high schools, gifted students, thus lay the foundation for a profound understanding and grasp of the development of extraordinary education in our country;Fourthly, this section is the key point of this thesis, which introduces a high school physics Olympic classes training mode in my internship School-The First Affiliated High School of Huazhong Normal University. Olympic class education mode, teaching mode, curriculum model are discussed in detail from training objectives, selection methods, teaching methods, curriculum design, evaluation methods and other aspects, for the purpose to offer a species for reference ideas about high school physical talent education and training in our country.Last but not least, there are some reflection and advice for two parts fore-mentioned.
