Traditional culture in the cultural heritage, students’ comprehensive development, etc., plays a decisive role. In countries under the background of the implementation of curriculum reform continued to deepen, state, local and school three-level curriculum management system of basic education course gradually establish a perfect, development and utilization of the rich local characteristics curriculum resources of Chinese traditional culture, has become the development course of choice. The essence of Chinese subject by its humanistic attribute, in the aspect of curriculum resources development and utilization of local traditional culture has a unique advantage. Has "township of The Three Kingdoms culture" Jingzhou, resource is rich in three kingdoms culture, material culture resources dotted, spiritual and cultural resource are carpeted. But about the culture resources of the region in the development and utilization in Chinese teaching, still have more not mentioned in the present study its use.This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part from the definition of the local course resources, the local curriculum resources development and utilization of the era background, theoretical basis and research results summary and analysis, etc. The second part combs is suitable for the high school language teaching the main content of the local culture, including the three sites and cultural relic, the three countries, legends and proverbs, the three food and folk beliefs. The third part provides the Jingzhou high school Chinese teaching in the use of several kinds of implementing ways of The Three Kingdoms culture, and discuss the gain and loss. Teaching implementation plan includes three Chinese teaching reading, writing and oral communication in the most basic teaching content. Reading teaching case using the three literature of The Three Kingdoms, all previous dynasties poet singing of the three poems on extracurricular reading, mainly through reading and reading project exchange their ideas, results show ways to promote the classic reading. Results of reading teaching, writing teaching case and the accumulation of writing material in the local culture creation, read presses to write, to life experience inspired to write, to local cultural light up writing. Oral communication teaching strategy in The Three Kingdoms culture of food culture and folk belief as oral communication teaching content, to carry out the textbook in the interview and oral reports that two kinds of practice activities, improve students’ comprehensive ability.In 2003 the ministry of education of "the ordinary high school language curriculum standard (experiment)" regulation:"the high school Chinese curriculum to meet the requirements of the diversity and selectivity, must strengthen the consciousness of course resources. Each region containing the natural, social and cultural aspects of Chinese curriculum resources, should actively use and development." With curriculum standard as guide, we should make full use of local culture, trying to explore local culture and the high school language teaching convergence mutually promote more ways.
