In recent years, with upgrading of computer, internet and multimedia technology, many education scholars put forward the teaching theory of information technology and curriculum integration, setting off a wave of education informatization. Education technology equipment constantly upgrade, especially after the wireless communication technology widely applied, and the education informatization becomes more and more diverse. Mobile learning arises at the historic moment, and quickly becomes proud of education informatization.2010, Apple pushed out the tablet computer. More and more schools began to explore the application in the teaching practice, but ignored the construction of teaching model of informationization and students’interest in mobile learning environment.Taking the currently popular tablet computer as terminal equipment of mobile learning, this study integrates evaluation, technology and teaching method to build the teaching model of informationization -- APT to provide supporting for teaching. It takes the cooperation program of wisdom classroom of the primary school attached to central China normal university of science and technology as model, carrying out "Research of learning interest of science in primary school based on the teaching model of APT". The main research process of this paper is as follows:Firstly, through searching, collecting and organizing documents, it analyses the current situation of teaching under the environment of informatization by literature studying, to fetch learners’ demands for mobile learning and build a teaching model of the APT. Secondly, it takes APT teaching model into practice and guide students to conduct independent, cooperative and inquiry learning by classroom observation, contributing the development of the diverse teaching activities and improving the teaching effect.Thirdly, besides literature studying,with interviewing students and teachers,it learns to know the level of interest and the factors of mobile learning based on APT and makes the interest questionnaire. Finally, using the questionnaire survey,it researches the present situation of the elementary student’s interest and the differences of demographic variables such as gender, grade, then analyzes the factors and make a conclusion:(1) The overall level of students’ interest in science learning in primary school attached to central China normal university of science and technology is high, and the adaptability of the teaching model of APT is good.(2) There is no significant differences in gender in students’ interest in science learning in primary school attached to central China normal university of science and technology, and the adaptability of the teaching model of APT is equal good for the boy and the girl.(3) There is significant differences on grade in students’ interest in science learning in primary school attached to central normal university of science and technology, and the adaptability of the teaching model of APT is equal good for grade 4 to 6.
