| In recent years, the "education on judging ugliness" has been more and more attention of industry insiders. because it is found that Single aesthetic education has not been abie to meet the aesthetical requirements in the new curriculum standard of Chinese in middle school. Many students begin to produce "aesthetics weariness", the sensibility and creativity of beauty are obviously insufficient. At the same time, the "education on judging ugliness" has come to our eyes with its unique aesthetic value, It shows powerful aesthetic education function with the reverse life experience, and plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ aesthetic ability and the development of healthy personality. This paper attempts to classify the ugly factors of middle school Chinese textbooks from the new perspectives of both "ugly of paradox" and "ugly of inferiority", and on this basis to explore Significance and operational practices of the education on judging ugliness. the paper is consists of three chapters.The first chapter discusses the dialectical relationship between appreciating the beauty and judging the ugliness. First of all, the author defines the concept and connotation of "ugliness", "judging the ugliness" and "education on judging ugliness", and Distinguishes connotations between the ugliness of life and the ugliness of art. Then she proves that "the progress of aesthetic consciousness can not be separated from increasement of ugly factors" through combing the development course of ugliness in the history of aesthetics, that is to say, ugliness is the driving force for beauty.The second chapter classifies the ugly factors of middle school Chinese textbooks detailedly. In order to focus on the discussion, this paper mainly takes the textbooks of PEP as an example, and refer to the concept of classification proposed by Professor Wang Qingwei in Contrail Of Ugliness.The third chapter discusses the significance and practice of education on judging ugliness. firstly, the author points out that the education on judging ugliness play an important role in make up for the lack of a single aesthetic education and helping students to coordinate aesthetic psychological structure etc. secondly, taking ugly factors of middle school Chinese textbooks as an example, she analyzes how to put education on judging ugliness into practice in the classroom, and points out the problems that need to be noticed.The author hopes that this paper will have certain practical significance for exploring theory and practice of education on judging ugliness, and will have a little bit of inspiration to Chinese educators in middle schools. |
