China’s economic development in the large eddy current of the world to explore, be badly in need of colleges and universities can cultivate a mission, the revitalization of the nation’s skilled, applied and compound talents. In today’s society, however, can’t keep pace with the economic and social development of talents cultivation, become the education reform must face the problem. As a line of the college students to cultivate personnel, counselors working condition directly affects the students’ growth and development of colleges and universities. Counselors work behavior into role within the behavior within the responsibility of behavior and role behavior actions of job duties. In the many factors influencing the counselor behavior, outside the university organization situation of counselor role behavior is crucial, the influence of the factors that affect not only decides the stability of the counselor team, but also have a two-way role to promote or hinder students work. On the other hand, the counselor as a line staff college students ideological work, their ideological attitude, behavior not only decides the future of personal career and school development, but also affects the students after entering the university set up the correct outlook on life, world outlook and values and directions. So, under the condition of high speed development of China’s market economy, university if you want to fulfill their educational mission and seek their own development as well, you must put the study of university organization situation affecting counselor role outside behavior as one of the important work, and the results can be positive to promote the progress of the university students work, at the same time, in turn, can help instructors change ideas, update knowledge, improve ability, enrich myself, the initiative and creativity in the work, more conducive to the sustainable development in the increasingly fierce competition in the future environment. In this paper, the north university for nationalities as an example, based on the different working fixed number of year of the counselor for the interview method, carries on the analysis comparison, summed up the university organization situation of counselor role outside profit organization behavior and the damage of the influence of organizational behavior, and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions, further improve the influence factors of induce and increase profit organization behavior, eliminate and reduce the loss of organizational behavior, enable counselors with enthusiasm and no worries into the student work, serious and responsible to do a good job of talent training.
