Learning cooperation is not only a quality,but also an ability the contemporary human should have,The development of the times need people to have the consciousness of cooperation. As a member of the society, history teachers also need to cultivate their spirit of cooperation, improve their ability to cooperate with others.Althoug history teachers’cooperation have made some achievements in the new curriculum, there are also some problems.How to solve the practical problems to promote history teacher cooperate better? Based on this confusion, this paper has carried on the related research.This paper divided into three parts to explore history teachers’ cooperation. On the basis of defining the related concepts, the first part points out the necessity of the teachers’ cooperation from the history discipline characteristic, the college entrance examination reform reality, middle school history teachers and students’need;analyzes the possibility of history teachers’ cooperation from traditional thoughts, existing conditions and the background of information society. Then through the research to understand the current status of middle school history teachers’ cooperation,for example, traditional cooperation forms play a certain role, students hope history teachers can cooperate, part of the history teachers show cooperative intention. And know that there also exist some problems, for example, teachers’ cooperation lack of self-consciousness and initiative, the scope and form of cooperation are limited.This part also analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of the problem in order to provide the basis for solving problems. The last part think we can promote middle school history teachers to cooperate better through create a working atmosphere、train the ability of cooperation、improve cooperation evaluation and incentive mechanism、 build the cooperation platform、meet the students’ expectation and carry out teaching research activity, because history teachers concern the teaching problems most, this part lay stress on exploring teachers’ cooperative teaching research activity. Hope my related inquiry can provide some reference and inspiration for history teachers’ cooperation implementing better.
