A good-directed person-cultivating society activity is the essence of education. Under the guidance of certain teaching goal, teaching is education activities conducted jointly by teachers and students. In the Teaching of Ideology Politic, the teaching goal of political education course is always throughout in the process of teaching, the design of teaching goal is also an important part of teaching design. But in teaching practice, teachers too much emphasis on the design of teaching process, also because of the characteristic of the ideological and political course own feature, often neglect to the design of teaching goal, the teaching goal of political education course has many problems. It has drawn greater attention for scholars. In this study, the design of teaching case samples that were collected is the high school political education course, we adopt research methods to analysis and research, such as literature, interviews and case analysis. On the basis, we make a generalization about the problems of the design of teaching goal of the high school political education course. Then, causes of the problems are analyzed and problem-solving tactics are also proposed. Finally, according to the study, some suggestions are given about the design of teaching goal. In terms of thought, the paper pointed out that to establish new concepts as soon as possible and establishing and to strengthen the standardization of the target content design in practice, which might be helpful to teachers in theory and practices. It’s all about better achieve the teaching goal and improve the teaching effect.
